CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVALS (CSI)

A cardio focused class with a variety of levels of endurance exercises to keep you moving & burning calories. CSI engages all muscle groups, alternating between cardio conditioning and strength training.

DANCE FUSION

Dance, weights, friends & laughs - what more could you want? Dance Fusion offers a high energy cardio dance format, incorporating all styles of dance. Good for the body and soul!

POWER CORE

Power Core focuses on building critical core muscles, utilizing a variety of equipment & body weight, to improve balance, stability & posture through standing & mat-based movements designed to strengthen the pelvis, lower back, hip flexors, glutes & abdomen.

SILVER & STRONG

Unlock your full potential with a class tailored for older adults focused on enhancing mobility, balance & functional strength. Through carefully designed exercises that mimic daily movements you’ll improve your range of motion & build core stability, all at a pace that prioritizes proper form & safety. Whether you’re looking to maintain independence or boost overall wellness, this class is your gateway to staying active & strong for years to come.

Our strength & conditioning class focuses on weight training and conditioning to build stronger muscles. The class also helps you learn proper form while lifting to help prevent injuries.

Body Sculpt Strength Training Fitness Class

How do we get “toned?” We build muscle. And how do we build muscle? We use weights! While the format may change from week to week, we are always strength training in this class, suitable for all fitness levels.

STRONG

Strong combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio & plyometric training synced to original music specifically designed to match every move. In each class you'll burn calories while strengthening arms, legs, abs & glutes.

STEP

Join us for this ever-challenging & evolving step class. We’ve taken the classic 1980’s step & added a little hip hop, a little weights & an amped up cardio experience. Come early to grab your favorite spot!

With a focus on full body strength training through compound & isolation movements, alongside functional, mobility & core training, Total Body will help you build muscle & improve balance & coordination, equipping you for a healthy & active lifestyle.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga encouraging physical, mental & emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness & deep breathing.

TOTAL BODY+

All there is to love about our original Saturday morning Total Body class, focused on strength training, functional training & core work, but add in a dash of cardio intervals, & Total Body+ helps you build muscle, strengthen bones, increase metabolism & improve heart health.
